Grilled Chicken with Herbs
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Lemon Wedges (for serving)
Process:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture on chicken breasts and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with lemon wedges and side salad.
Creamy Garlic Pasta
Ingredients:
- 200g Spaghetti or Pasta
- 4 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Process:
- Cook the pasta as per package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Add parmesan cheese, stir until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add salt and pepper, then toss in cooked pasta.
- Mix well until pasta is fully coated with creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Butter (softened)
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ¾ cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Process:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking tray, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
