Grilled Chicken with Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Lemon Wedges (for serving)

Process:

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the mixture on chicken breasts and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and side salad.

Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g Spaghetti or Pasta
  • 4 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Process:

  1. Cook the pasta as per package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add parmesan cheese, stir until melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Add salt and pepper, then toss in cooked pasta.
  6. Mix well until pasta is fully coated with creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Process:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mixing well.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking tray, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
